Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

California Gold Farm does not accept returns for any reason. Orders can be canceled at any time for a full refund before they are shipped. Please do not send any products back to us, as they will be refused and returned to the sender.

Once orders are shipped, California Gold Farm does not provide refunds for any reason. However, in the rare case of a damaged or faulty product, we may consider a replacement at our sole discretion. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

To ensure accuracy, California Gold Farm photographs each order before shipping. If you believe you have received an incorrect item or if the product condition does not meet our standards, we may offer a replacement after verifying with sufficient photographic evidence. If an error is confirmed on our end, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Californiagoldfarm.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Website will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
