  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm EST are shipped the same day.
  • Processing Times: Orders are prepared immediately upon purchase; please note that modifications to orders are not allowed once they are shipped.
  • Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
  • Shipping Times: Vary based on the selected service at checkout and are separate from processing times.
  • 2nd Day Air Shipping: 

    refers to 2 business days from the date the package is shipped, not the date the order is placed. If UPS takes longer than 2 business days to deliver, we do not offer a refund on the shipping fee, as we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Orders are taken to local USPS/UPS facilities at the end of each business day before being transferred to main distribution hubs. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
